• In the first year, the elevator needs to maintain once a month to ensure it works well.
• After the first year of use, for the months the machine has a lifespan of 2–10 years, the reasonable frequency of elevator maintenance is every two months or less. If an elevator has been in use for more than ten years, it needs to preserve once a month to ensure it is safe.

• Commercial elevators in trade centers, buildings, and offices, are used continuously with large loads. The best maintenance time to ensure the elevator always works stably and safely is once a month.

In addition to elevator maintenance, the Investor/Building Management Board needs testing by Vietnam Safety Standards. After receiving a license to operate, the elevator must undergo safety testing every three years. In addition, the elevator has a life of 10  to 20 years, the testing is two years, and it is once a year if the life elevator is 20 years.
