With the expectation of establishing a professional working environment and qualified human resources, on 9th August 2022, Taisei Group in Viet Nam conducted a sales training workshop. The event aimed at promoting specialized skills and knowledge for every sales executive.

The workshop was intricately and properly prepared based on factual data so that it provided significant and helpful information for staff. In addition, under the instructions of Mrs. Ngo Thi Minh Hong, Chief Operations Officer of JD&C, the staff has gained more insights into communication skills to deal with tough situations.
The sales mindset – one of the most important knowledge for an excellent sales executive – was introduced first in the workshop. Through the comparison of traditional and modern sales mindsets, the staff has had a deeper understanding and was able to develop effective sales strategies, creating opportunities to access more potential Customers.
Moreover, essential skills were also mentioned, including communication, negotiation, and coping with rejection. These skills enabled staff to understand customer psychology, handle difficulties and offer what they really need. Specifically, it was a chance for everyone to discuss practical experiences and receive recommendations from Mrs. Hong Ngo.
